When you feel stuck, lost or don't know where to turn

Life can feel heavy when anxiety, self-doubt or the fear of 'getting it wrong' start taking over.  Maybe you're frustrated by your tendency to put things off, you're withdrawing when things feel too much or you're tired of the cycles of negative thoughts.

Are you stuck in conflict and struggle to find your voice, navigate tough conversations and feel connected in your relationships?

What next?

You're not alone in feeling this way - and it doesn't have to stay like this.  In therapy we will work together to make sense of your emotions, break unhelpful patterns and build confidence in how you think, feel and relate.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, notice what's happening beneath the surface and understand what's making you think and respond the way you do.

"In therapy with me, you'll have a calm space to make sense of what's happening"

Hi, I'm Laura

Down-to-earth, warm and honest, I bring both professional and personal understanding to my work as a therapist.  I understand how frustrating and hopeless it can feel when you’re stuck in unhelpful patterns and how tiring it feels to live with the constant hum of anxiety as the soundtrack to your life.

My approach blends emotional understanding with practical insights from psychology, helping you not only feel supported but also learn how your mind works and how to create lasting change.

I have a particular interest in working with anxiety, self doubt, procrastination and ADHD (especially in women exploring or adjusting to late diagnosis) and relationships.

A space that welcomes you just as you are

My practice is neurodiversity affirming, inclusive and grounded in respect for each person's unique story.  You don't have to have everything figured out - curiosity and willingness to begin are enough.

Take the first step

It's completely normal to feel nervous about making contact.  I offer a free 20 minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work and decide whether it feels right for you.

I offer in-person therapy from my office in Wallingford, Oxfordshire and online for individuals across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
